No glass ceilings here. We are a Hybrid Salon offering Employee and Independent Artist opportunities meeting each individual where they're at in all phases of your career and life. We have carefully curated Guided Artist Pathways that help guide you in the right direction for success. With all phases of the industry including Guest Experience Coordinator, and as far as a Mentor Stylist or Independent Artist. We work closely with each individual to be a guide to success with monthly or quarterly mentoring, education, and goal setting to ensure a successful path!
